SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
We ship orders using third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are estimates only.
SHIPPING DELAYS & CARRIER ISSUES
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery errors caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to:

Lost or missing packages

That said, we will make a good-faith effort to assist customers by:

However, we cannot guarantee resolution and are not liable for carrier-related issues once the package has shipped.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned or needs to be re-shipped.
RETURNS POLICY
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide prepaid return labels unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
